Zero spangle galvanized steel coil is hot‑dip galvanized steel with restrained spangle crystal. The surface is smooth matte silver‑grey without uneven spangle texture. It features strong coating adhesion and good corrosion resistance. The flat surface ensures even paint finish after coating, avoiding paint spots and bulging defects caused by spangle grains.
It is widely applied for home appliance shells, electrical control cabinets, medical equipment parts, automobile components, precision sheet metal and indoor construction decoration which require strict surface appearance. Various zinc coating weights are available. Custom thickness, width are acceptable. Processing services including leveling, slitting and film laminating can be offered. Grades DX51D+Z, DX52D+Z are in supply.
